Esam Alnasery – Non-Executive Chairman

BACKGROUND:
Mr. Alnasery is a former Group Vice President of Wal-Mart, spending 26+ years designing, building and deploying the company’s merchandising strategies including Global Procurement. Mr. Alnasery led efforts in emerging market entry, supplier development and new footprint introduction policies. He was a key member within the company’s global markets, procurement and supply chain groups.

While with Wal-Mart, Mr. Alnasery held extensive global management leadership positions in the areas of merchandising, store operations, supply chain, supplier footprint optimization, production planning inventory management, customer service, forecasting, transportation and distribution. He also developed the accredited Global Sourcing procurement strategy that leveraged global efficiencies in production – a supply chain convention that profoundly changed purchasing in every Wal-Mart country.

Mr. Alnasery has 40+ years of experience in global procurement, supply chain, logistics and distribution. His background includes work within the automotive, consumer products and retail industries. Holding numerous executive roles over his career, Mr. Alnasery has structured global purchasing organizations, implemented broad-based commodity strategies, negotiated worldwide and regional supplier contracts and driven best-practices to achieve sustainable cost improvements.

As an Executive Advisor to GM, Mr. Alnasery successfully generated savings within the GM GPSC group by transforming the organization from a functional-silo approach to a cross-functional approach. He reinforced and developed a new supply base in emerging markets and introduced new suppliers to ensure competitive supply sources.

Recently Mr. Alnasery retired from Board Advisor from Sakthi Automotive Group, a leading Tier 1 OEM’s supplier for Chassis Safety Critical Components. Mr. Alnasery joined Sakthi since foundation of Sakthi Global Expansion and support the growth with his advise and customer relationship from a $100 MUSD revenue local Indian Company to a Global Leading Company with $500 MUSD revenue.

Lalit Verma – Chairman

BACKGROUND:
Mr. Verma is Ex-CEO of Sakthi Automotive Group, a global leading Tier 1 OEM’s supplier for Chassis Safety Critical Components i.e. Steering Knuckle, Control Arms, Sub Frames etc. Mr. Verma is active Board of Director and a Shareholder into Sakthi Automotive Group.

Mr. Verma was key instrumental to start the Sakthi Automotive Group Global expansion in North America, China and Europe. Under Mr. Verma leadership Sakthi developed the best Design, Development, Testing and Manufacturing excellence global team to support the global operations and Sakthi Automotive is grown from $100 MUSD revenue local India Company to a global leader for Chassis Aluminum Casting and Machining Products with annual revenue of $500 MUSD.

Mr. Verma has been also instrumental in organizing the funding at global level for Sakthi growth as a global company.

Mr. Verma has extensive experience over 20 years into Automotive field, he has worked with General Motors Global Purchasing and Supply Chain leading the Chassis team with over $2 Billion USD spend in United States and India, worked with Mando Corporation to lead the Marketing and Business Development Team, worked with Bombardier Austria to lead Project Management and Outsourcing, with Honda Motors in India and Japan to lead Quality and Manufacturing and with many other global suppliers. Mr. Verma has a full global market working experience in Asia Pacific, Western Europe, Eastern Europe, North America (US & Mexico) to establish the business.

Recently Mr. Verma has started a centralized Design, Development and Testing division to create another vertical independently into Chassis Safety Critical Components and Powertrain Business focusing into Light Weight Technology.

Jocelyn Gonzalez – CEO & Marketing Head

BACKGROUND:
Ms. Gonzalez is Ex-Executive Director of Marketing at Sakthi Automotive Group, a global leading Tier 1 OEM’s supplier for Chassis Safety Critical Components i.e. Steering Knuckle, Control Arms, Sub Frames etc.

Ms. Gonzalez was key instrumental to grow the business at Sakthi Automotive Group Global expansion in North America, China and Europe. She was leading all the business development activities with General Motors, Ford Motors, VW Group and many other OEM’s to grow the business. She was able to bring over $2 Billion USD additional business over program life during her period for Sakthi Automotive Group. Ms. Gonzalez has build excellent customer relationship with all major OEM’s.

Ms. Gonzalez has extensive experience over 12+ years into Automotive field, he has worked with General Motors Global Purchasing and Supply Chain leading the Chassis team with over $3 Billion USD spend in United States and Mexico, worked with Ford Motors Program Purchasing, ZF Group Purchasing for Electromechanical components.

Vineet Jain – COO & Head Product Design

BACKGROUND:
Mr. Jain is Ex-Executive Director of Engineering and Validation of Sakthi Automotive Group, a global leading Tier-1 supplier for Chassis Safety Critical Components i.e. Steering Knuckle, Control Arms, Sub Frames etc.

Mr Jain completed his Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from India and Master’s degree in Solid Mechanics from USA. Mr. Jain has an experience of over 15 years into Automotive field in design and development for safety critical chassis/suspension parts. He has worked with Tier-1 suppliers like Yorozu America (Stamping), and Diversified Machine Inc (Former Chassis, Castings). He has fully managed, multiple projects with global OEM’s including General Motors, Ford, Volvo, VW, GEELY, Mahindra, Nissan, etc.

Mr Jain has been leading all design related activities like CAD, CAE, Optimization, Validation etc from quotation stages to program launch, for example- CT6, Malibu , Lacrosse , Regal, Cruze, Equinox, Camaro, Envision, Mondeo, Fusion, Scorpio, Tiguan,

Dr. Rong Pan – Executive Director – Casting Design

BACKGROUND:
Dr. Pan is a Ex-Executive Director of Casting Engineering of Sakthi Automotive Group, a global leading Tier 1 OEM’s supplier for Chassis Safety Critical Components i.e. Steering Knuckle, Control Arms, Sub Frames etc.

Dr. Pan is one of key team members to develop and build the Sakthi Automotive Group Global expansion in North America, China and Europe casting operations. To date, successful launch over 50+ programs for Suspension critical components such as Knuckles, Yoke, bracket, etc, which over 25 programs are in production. Also, the team has completed over 175 RFQ  programs for  GM, Ford, Volvo, VW, Geely, Chery, Mahindra, SAIC, Hyundai, JMC, BMW, Audi, Nissan, PSA etc.

Dr. Pan has extensive experience 20+ years’ experience into Automotive field, especially in metal casting industry and strong materials engineering background . She has expertise of various casting processes: PCPC, VRC/PRC, Low Pressure, Sand, Squeeze, gravity, and Tilted permanent mold Casting with knowledge of casting of suspension & power train automotive components: Knuckles, Control Arms, Subframes, Wheels, Intake/Exhaust Manifolds, Brackets, etc. She has rich Experience in Computer Aided Engineering: design, modeling, analysis, & optimization with solid background in heat/mass transfer, fluid flow, solidification modeling, mold deformation analysis of automotive parts for various casting processes. She is also with diversified hands on experience in many engineering materials: Al-alloy, ductile Irons  plastics, composites, ceramics, concrete etc. engineering materials. She worked with CMI/Hayes-Lemmerz International, Inc., Concord International Inc., SMW Automotive (Later Chasisx), and Sakthi Automotive Group USA, Inc , played the roles of leading casting design/simulation, casting process development, casting product launches,  and casting foundry establishment.

Guy Vitale – Senior Casting Engineer

BACKGROUND: Guy Vitale is a former Senior Casting Engineer from Sakthi Automotive Group, a global leading Tier 1 OEM’s supplier for Chassis Safety Critical Components i.e. Steering Knuckle, Control Arms, Sub Frames, etc.  Was involved in successful launch of over 50+ programs for Suspension critical components such as Knuckles, Yoke, bracket, etc, which over 25 programs are in production. Guy has more than 23 years of experience in the automotive metal casting industry.  He has successful experience in CAE and CAD design, modeling, analysis, and optimization with solid background in heat transfer, solidification, fluid flow, deformation, and thermal fatigue of automotive parts and molds for various casting processes: Low Pressure (PCPC and VRC/PRC), Squeeze, Tilt, Gravity, and Sand.  He has worked with CMI, Hayes-Lemmerz International, and Harvey Industries in roles of casting design/simulation, casting process development and production process optimization, and mold/tooling development.  Also has worked for EKK, Inc. (casting simulation software) as project engineer with duties including engineering consulting and business development.
